LCampus is an international society where you can socialize, network, practice languages and make new friends from all over the world! We have bunch of activities and English Movie Club is one of them! When you learn English with movies, you are learning the real English used by native speakers. Films provide you with examples of English used in ‘real’ situations outside the classroom, particularly interactive language – the language of real-life conversation. Movies will expose you to natural expressions and the natural flow of speech, you’ll hear natural pronunciation, everyday vocabulary, spoken grammar, common idioms and slang. Even better, you will learn these from interesting and emotional stories
How it works:
- we discuss phrasal Verbs/Idioms/Expressions/Slang from a movie with a native English speaker
- watch a movie all together
- discuss emotions, characters and a plot after watching a movie
